With over thirty years of engineering and industry background, including automotive tier 1 and 2 Technical and Commercial Management, primarily in the advanced processing of engineered polymers and monomers. During his career he has been responsible for the development of custom made pieces of equipment and development of new processes, within industry ranging from automotive parts manufacturing to medical devices. He has extensive training and background gained from several trips to Japan in the areas of lean manufacturing. John has managed technical staff of up to 137 trades and engineering people in various multinational corporations.

With 30+ years of corporate/commercial banking with a major Canadian Chartered Bank, Howards’ solid business acumen in commercial, industrial and manufacturing operations led to the formation of a corporate finance M&A firm approximately 14 years ago.
